With a history of 30 years Taiyuan City Sanitation
School£¨Taiyuan City Nursing Technical College£©is a professional training
school for doctors and nurses. It is a key trade school in the Province,
and its Nursing Specialty is awarded by the Ministry of Education
as one of the National 1st batch of demonstrative specialties. It
is now negotiating with some overseas institutions for collaboration,
and will be upgraded into the planned "Taiyuan City Nursing Technical
College" with the objective to train professional nurses for
China and overseas. The new Campus site is located at the Educational
Zone of Taiyuan City, and to cover 500 Mu of land providing 5000 students
with studying and living spaces. Construction area is planned at 90,500
square meters, and to be completed by 2005.The project's construction
term is 2 years.
