RMB 25 million in 3 years, to build and operate the Zoology Forest
Park with basic facilities including roads, hotels and restaurants.
Further investment of up to RMB 100 million will be needed to build
facilities for entertainment, conferences, and summer resort, etc,
to make the Park a cultural tour base in China in 5 years.
